Following a design process is so important to me. I was taught to draw and sketch and do plans and elevations and sections by hand first, and CAD followed (vectorworks, sketchup) after we have proven that we really understood the process. We were told we are designers, not decorators. Below is a cross-section of some previous projects, to give an insight of what goes on behind the scenes.
